Speed and Agility Training

1 hour sessions 2 days a week

-4 weeks (8 sessions) = $280 ($35/session)

-8 weeks (16 sessions) = $480 ($30/session)

- If you are registered for the flag season you also get 20% off of  the total of your speed and agility classes
